Red House is thrilled to introduce our newest team member, Aaron Crocker, Lead Carpenter!
Aaron is excited to take on the responsibility and important job of running the day to day activities at the many varied Red House projects. After graduating from Assumption College, where he met his wife Carla, Aaron embarked on a 24-year journey through the trades. His experience includes historic preservation, remodeling, refitting yachts for Hinckley Yachts, and managing his own business.
Aaron’s strong background in historic preservation (one of our specialties!), began as an apprentice with the Institute for Preservation Training. The apprenticeship involved four years of hands-on field experience and a structured educational component at Roger Williams University. After graduating from the program as the first in the country to be recognized as a Journeyman-level carpenter with a specialty in Preservation, he started Heritage Restoration with two other colleagues. Heritage Restoration continues to restore buildings in the New England area today.
Aaron joins the Red House team as our newest Lead Carpenter. Our Lead Carpenters are integral members of our team. As dedicated project managers during the build phase of our process, Lead Carpenters guide projects through construction to the finish line. Not only are they skilled craftsmen, but they also communicate daily with clients, carpenters, and subcontractors to make sure everyone is on the same page. Lead Carpenters maintain our commitment to excellence through high-quality carpentry and client relations.
With two teenage children and a pug named Olive at home, Aaron and Carla both have their hands full and enjoy every minute! Welcome to the Red House team, Aaron! We are happy to have you on board.
