Design / Build / Remodel

We begin the process with in-depth interviews.  What are your needs today?  How will that change tomorrow? The true first step in designing your space is to gather all the relevant information that will have a bearing on the actual design.  We want to fully understand your present and future needs.  We will create a process that is efficient and streamlined which includes reviewing products and pricing to the specifics of your project.   Attention to detail and quality are important to ensure that your home will maintain its beauty and efficiency throughout the years. Designing a structure is a multi-step process that requires several different facets to work in balance with one another in order to find success.  Only when these aspects are in place can the home design process really get underway. When you fully understand your endeavor, you’re much more likely to be satisfied with the final result.

Red House takes pride in constructing quality living spaces for our clients. We use quality building materials which are essential for your long-term investment and safety.  We provide our clients many levels of protection and warranties on materials and workmanship.

At Red House, we employ a specialized production operating system called “The Lead Carpenter System”.  With this system, you will have an on-site, working construction leader dedicated to your project from beginning to end.  You will also have access to photos and scheduling updates as they occur, using a cloud based project management software.  This gives you peace of mind that your vision is being realized every step of the way.  This tool has helped us and our clients stick to the budget and have happy results.

In addition to specializing in exterior construction, we also enhance the beauty of your interior space as well.  An interior designer enhances the function, safety and aesthetics of interior spaces while taking into account how different colors, textures, furniture and lighting work together to meet the homeowners needs. We can recommend color, flooring, window treatments, and lighting and room decor, such as accent furniture, lamps, and artwork.

Depending on your budget, you will have to decide which specific areas of your home to upgrade to increase both the value and functionality of your home. Remember, it’s your home, so choose upgrades that you think you will enjoy most.
