Our design team is made up of registered architects and design professionals who cater the design of each project to our client’s hopes, dreams, and needs. We call this “style-specific design” – creating a style that is unique to you. Our team is experienced in designing and building a variety of different aesthetics, historic periods, and techniques. The Lead Carpenter System
Our build team is led by our Lead Carpenters – highly skilled craftspeople who also excel at project management. They manage our carpenters and any necessary subcontractors, as well as communicate with clients through daily logs posted to our app and weekly update meetings. Lead Carpenters also wear a tool belt and use their expertise to work on your home. We are fortunate to have highly qualified Lead Carpenters on our team, including those specially trained in historic preservation at a journeyman level.
