Red House completed a full gut and remodel of this oceanside condo with the help of interior stylist Kim Fontaine. Though its location across from First Beach and steps from Cliff Walk were idyllic, the floor plan of the condo left much to be desired with choppy living spaces, limited natural light and cramped bathrooms. meets chic aesthetic to better match the NY-based homeowner’s personality. Clean lines and low maintenance were the theme of this bachelor pad. Two walls were taken down to make the kitchen and dining room an inviting open-concept space. The master bathroom includes a large glass shower and a separate jacuzzi tub. This second-home by the beach is complete with a full integrated sound system for entertaining.
