When our clients purchased their home, they had a vision of its future. Having worked with Red House on several projects in their previous home, they brought our General Manager, Justin Zeller, with them to the showing to discuss the home’s potential. The homeowners knew that they loved the space, but they wanted to elevate it and update it to meet their more modern aesthetic. Red House was hired to reimagine the home’s exterior. facade, black-framed windows were the perfect juxtaposition to add visual complexity and modernity to the design of the home. To increase the visible light throughout the entire space, the double-hung, 6/6 windows were replaced with 4-lite casement windows creating better access to the natural light entering the space. The front door was accentuated by Fine Paints of Europe Hollandlac Brilliant Black. The high-gloss look has a mirror-like finish, adding the perfect amount of luster to the modern abode. The result was a stunning transformation of this grand estate.
