Carpenter
To execute carpentry-related, profitable production activities, as assigned by the Project Manager or Lead Carpenter, and act in a way that strengthens our company’s core values. Project Manager
The Project Manager coordinates new projects with the design team, ensuring buildability, budget compliance, and timely completion. They maintain organized job sites for homeowner peace of mind and represent the company while fostering a high-performance team aligned with core values: Excellence, Accountability, Service, Collaboration, and Urgency.
Architectural designer
The Architectural Designer I or II at Red House is responsible for ensuring our designs are both art (beautiful, heirloom-quality aesthetics) and a science (technically sound, code-compliant, and buildable). In this essential role, you support the Lead Designer in creating a world-class experience for our clients, ensuring that every drawing and deliverable reflects our high standards for craft and detail.
