COVID-19: Our Plan to Protect and Care

To Our Red House Community,

I’m writing to provide an update on Red House’s efforts to keep our clients, team, trade partners, and all included families healthy and safe as we follow the latest developments on COVID-19. It is important that we adjust and flex our behavior to meet the demands of a quickly evolving situation.

Our company leadership team is monitoring new developments so that we can quickly adapt and continue to provide the service and positive experience you rely on. We care about each and every one of you, and I want to ensure we are doing all we can to balance work life and personal health.

In addition to keeping abreast of daily updates through the World Health Organization, the CDC, and local RI updates, I am also talking with local and regional leaders in the field about best practices. We take our responsibility to our customers, our team, and our partners very seriously.
